When our franchise owners join Antal International they start their new career by joining an intense two week
training curriculum which combines a mix of theory, live scenario and experience led training, geared to give them a solid platform for the best possible start. This initial induction programme is developed over a further six months through our innovative 180 Programme.
Through the 180 Programme we deliver induction, mastery and management modules, all are live activities, instructor led that are open to all owners and their consultants. This programme brings live training into your office on a daily basis. This not only supports the development of each new franchise owners but also ensures ongoing training for each new consultant joining the business.
Combined with field training visits, we tailor training to individual business needs, ensuring your development is personalised to your needs. Working with our team of experienced trainers, we bespoke the training delivery to your exact needs.
On-going training and support is in place to support you throughout the lifetime of your business, and is tailored towards franchise owners individual needs. All scheduled training is also on offer to franchise owners consultants, as they hire people and expand their business. Our training is designed to help you build your business.
